Customer Care & Relationship Management You are responsible for the holistic support of demanding customers from the real estate industry, fostering sustainable customer relationships at all decision-making levels and developing individual support concepts with the aim of long-term and successful cooperation. You analyze real estate portfolios, identify insurance-relevant risks and, together with our customers and internal specialists, develop tailor-made insurance concepts and long-term renewal strategies. You observe the developments in the insurance market, evaluate their impact on existing customer programs and, together with insurers and specialist departments, implement suitable measures and innovative solutions for our customers. Coordination & Expert Networks You control the cooperation between customers, insurers, experts, network partners and internal specialist departments, ensure a smooth flow of information and ensure the successful implementation of all customer-relevant measures. Damage and crisis management You also accompany our customers on site in complex damage events, coordinate the involvement of relevant experts:inside, assist in finding solutions in crisis situations and ensure professional communication and meaningful customer presentations.
