Lateral entry as ILS Manager (m/f/d)

This is a training with subsequent employment via Academic Work at our partner company to allow you to enter the ILS area (Integrated Logistic Support). This is how training runs: The program is based on the principle of Accelerated Learning – an intensive, practical learning method with high speed, short theoretical units and a strong focus on feedback and practical applications. During training, you will acquire the skills you need in your future role. The training imparts essential ILS knowledge and practical skills: ILS Basics: Principles and Application Life Cycle Cost: Cost analysis of the product life cycle Reliability & Maintainability: Reliability and Maintenance Strategies Supportability & Support Solution Management: Optimization of Logistics Processes Excel & Software Support Analysis: Data Analysis and Digital Tools Soft skills: stress, time and self-management After successfully completed program ... opt for processes and minimises failures to ensure long-term functionality and sustainability of technological innovations. You work on the development of support systems, technical manuals and training and are part of pioneering projects in the defense industry you are responsible for planning and implementing groundbreaking ILS strategies for high-end projects such as the Eurofighter, radar systems or Electronic Warfare.

Cooperation is therefore only possible with a successfully completed extended safety review (Ü2) in accordance with § 7 of the Security Audit Act (SÜG). An activity in these projects is excluded without this examination. The verification shall include an administrative investigation, including the inspection in relevant registers. In certain cases, German citizenship may also be required.
