Head of Business / Focus on Energy, Facility Management & Purchasing (m/w/d)

Together with your team (5 employees) you will create a functional and attractive learning environment for our students in our nearly 800 locations in Germany. This means: You take over the team leadership in the field of location services / facility management, additional costs & energy You work closely with your team and support in operating daily business You analyze key figures, make improvements and optimize processes You make sure that tasks are not only planned, but also implemented – pragmatic, solution-oriented and with a clear view of the goal You tax projects, for example when converting energy suppliers or service contracts

Completed commercial training or an economically shaped study Professional experience in purchasing, in service provider management, in the real estate/energy sector, in project management First leadership experience or desire to take responsibility Pleasure of independent, practical work and operational cooperation Solution-oriented operation with a view to the essential Very good German & Excel knowledge
