Planning and implementation of the integration HCM on-prem systems with SAP SuccessFactors. Analysis of integration requirements in close coordination with our customers (m/w/d). Supporting the implementation of technical system integration in a hybrid target architecture from cloud and onprem solutions. Takeover of HCM consulting and implementation in the HCM on-prem systems. Coordination and control of adjustments and further development of the HCM SF interfaces. Support in the processing and creation of workbooks in the SF environment. Takeover of integration topics in the Group-wide introduction of SF EC and other SF modules. Control within the framework of the realization of assigned external suppliers

Multiannual experience in SAP HCM/SF modules and project work Experience in implementing complex HCM integration processes Experience in independent HCM/SF consulting and process implementation Ability to present complex relationships convincingly Responsibility and cost awareness Team skills and social competence Self-employment and commitment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
