You are part of our controlling team and as Finance Business Partner for Global Sales, you play a central role in managing our international sales business. As a proactive Sparring partner, you support global sales management with strategic and op­erative decisions and contribute to performance support and profitability assurance. Completed study of the economics, economics, or comparable skills Multiannual, relevant professional experience in Sales Controlling / Finance Business Partner Sales, ideally in an international industrial company Sales-Controlling-Know-how: Pipeline / Forecast Logics, Order Input, Sales, Book-to-Bill, Conversion / Win Rate, Sales-Funnel-KPIs Know-how in planning & forecasting, professional and margin calculation, pricing & discounting, Master Data & Data Quality Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA are beneficial Business Partner Mintset and Ownership Outstanding analytical thinking and judgment Change and improvement orientation Intercultural competence and team skills Communication strength Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German Travel readiness (approximately 20% travel activity)
