What we plan together: As part of the HR Processes, Automation & Service Management team, we shape the future of our HR Services. We are concerned with the further development of our services, the evaluation of new ideas and investments as well as the data analysis. Together we create the foundations for sound decisions and the continuous optimization of our People Services. As a working student, you support us in these exciting tasks and gain insights into different areas of HR Service Management.

What you do with us: You will help you to support the maintenance and further development of our HR service portfolio and help document our services in a transparent, up-to-date and comprehensible manner. You keep an overview: You’re planning our business case database together with our team and supporting the assessment of new ideas, requirements and investments. You take responsibility: You prepare data about our HR Services and start your own initial evaluations and reporting. Focusing on the added value: You will participate in presentations, evaluations and documents for workshops, projects and management decisions. Teamwork is at the top of you: you work closely with colleagues from different HR areas, introduce your own ideas and help us develop our HR services.

What we do First of all, your personality: You convince by your high motivation and commitment as well as your team orientation, strong communication skills and independent, structured and conscientious working. You are safe in dealing with common Microsoft Office applications (excel & PowerPoint), AI chatbots and enjoy working in new tools. You have a good sense of data and bring first experiences in their evaluation and analysis, for example with Power BI or comparable solutions. Ideally, you will bring first practical experience in the HR-related environment, for example through internships or working student activities in personnel, organization, business, controlling, data analysis or project management. You are a registered student, preferably in the field of personnel, controlling or general economics. These aspects are important to us, but it is the person who counts for us.
