Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

You develop and pursue market and sales strategies for selected countries and regions You identify new business opportunities, customers and partners in the international live entertainment environment You actively build relationships with promoters, production companies and other relevant market participants You represent Megaforce at industry events, conferences and live events You are planning and structuring your activities independently and consistently implement them You work closely with internal teams (distribution, technology, project management) and pass on projects structured You test market and industry developments and take concrete measures You work with a small business development team in a perspective and bring you into cooperation and further development The role combines strategic work in the office with active presence in the market.

Multiannual experience in business development, sales or in a comparable role Ideal experience in the environment of live entertainment, touring, events or technical production Outstanding enthusiasm for music, artists and live events as well as interest in current developments in the industry Impressive ability to build contacts and develop long-term relationships Structured, independent working and a good sense of priorities Ability to think strategically and simultaneously implement operationally Very good communication skills and safe occurrence in international contexts Very good knowledge of German and English High international readiness
