Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

For our locations in:

69168 Wiesloch / 69190 Walldorf / 69231 Rauenberg / 69151 Neckargemünd / 69412 Eberbach / 68766 Hockenheim

Your tasks:

• Person-centred assistance for people with a mental illness in our decentralised housing and care services
• Full case management: planning, implementation and documentation of individual measures in all areas of life (e.g. everyday organisation, daily structure and professional rehabilitation or Participation in working life, leisure and crisis intervention)
• Network work with members, doctors, authorities and network partners in the community psychiatry association

What you bring:

• Complete study of social work or medical education with state recognition (Master, Bachelor, Diploma) or a comparable qualification
• Secure knowledge of social legislation or motivation to acquire it quickly
• Empathy, humor and the ability to accompany clients resource-oriented
• Valid car driving permit
• Interest in active participation and participation
• Experience in psychiatry is a plus, but not condition - we accompany you professionally
