As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. With our network, we not only make the country an innovative power turntable in the heart of Europe, but also make the energy system of the future significant. The area of plant operation carries out the operation and maintenance of the 380- and 220-kV network for substations and free lines in the area. Furthermore, on behalf of the project management, we carry out the quality control for commissioned construction measures on the network. The aim of the plant operation is to ensure trouble-free and accident-free operation with high plant availability. The support area extends across Baden-Württemberg or along our construction projects of the HGÜ plants (e.g. Ultranet, SuedLink). You are responsible for the location and operator for selected property and support the technical and infrastructural facility management of our operating buildings and the DC facilities in the area. You will be involved in the optimization of a facility management concept and its introduction in daily practice. From the start-up of the property and buildings to the later operation: You follow all relevant warranty topics. In addition, you will take care of the maintenance, repairs and recurring examinations of our properties or Buildings. Employees of service providers inform you about occupational safety and environmental protection and check work results and compliance with directives. You identify, prioritize and troubleshoot technical disturbances, participate in the standby service in this framework and are available to the building users as a contact person.

You have a master or technician degree in one of the following areas: Supply Technology, HKL (heating, air conditioning, ventilation), building technology, mechatronics or electrical engineering. After that, you have already gained experience in coordinating and monitoring external service providers in the area organization. In addition to a certain readiness to travel for your area of competence, you have a licence class B. You are involved with pronounced economic thinking, negotiation skills and a high team spirit.
