Childcare worker (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the public service grant of current cash benefits pursuant to Sections 23 et seq. SGB VIII and for the calculation of a cost contribution by parents/careers You inform and advise parents, nurses and cooperation partners and also conduct challenging discussions in conflict situations You independently and independently process your own area of competence, work with and prepare contradictions in the guidance of interns You take on training and training content for future day care persons in the public domain of §§ 22 ff SGB VIII alternately with colleagues of the team

A Bachelor of Arts Public Management Diploma administrator or comparable university studies; or Social education Social worker with state recognition or comparable pedagogical higher education with affinity for administrative work Specially qualified staff of the middle management service or employees with administrative or commercial vocational training and professional experience in the performance of administrative tasks with legal application (the course of ascent can be sought in the event of interest, but is not a prerequisite) Self-responsible and structured work with the ability to prioritize and to decide quickly readiness and skills for professional and friendly use of parents and day care staff as well as strong conflict and conciliation Practical experience in leading one's own competence is desirable
