Implementation of the municipal concepts and strategies of the Istanbul Convention Participation in the fight against forced marriage and early marriage in cooperation with the relevant authorities and specialist advisory bodies Implementation of concepts, guidelines and laws in cases of human trafficking for sexual exploitation and forced prostitution Management, conceptual support and management of the relevant municipal working groups and networks Implementation of municipal concepts and strategies for combating violence against women in public areas Implementation and monitoring of the Directive against sexual harassment in the workplace within the municipal administration Conception, organisation and implementation of training, lectures, information events and actions Participation in answering thematic enquiries of policy, administration and urban society, as well as in drafting opinions and submissions for the municipal council Substantive review of applications and evidence of use, as well as substantive support of beneficiaries

You have the degree as a Diplom-Administration Hostin / Bachelor of Arts Public Management, Bachelor of Arts Public Economy, Employee Examination II/Administrative Professionalin or an equivalent university degree, for example in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities Specialized knowledge of violence against women or prostitution Knowledge of equality is desirable Legal knowledge in the context of violence against women is desirable Knowledge of project management is advantageous Experiences with committee work, network work and media handling are helpful Negotiating skills, independent work and intercultural competence are desirable Negotiating German in Word and Writing are expected
