Management and coordination of a team in the field of development Planning and implementation of development projects Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Optimization of existing products and processes Cooperation with other departments to achieve business objectives Creation and monitoring of project plans and budgets Promoting employee development and knowledge sharing in the team Reporting to management and presentation of project results

Completed studies in engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in development within a manufacturing industrial company Detectional leadership experience in leading larger teams (up to 10 employees) Funded project experience in development and/or series projects Very good understanding of industrial development processes and product development Experience with structured approach models and common development methods Impressed communication skills, decision-making strength and social competence Structured, solution-oriented working and entrepreneurial thinking Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
