For an established, family-run company from the packaging industry, we are looking for a dedicated machine and plant leader (m/w/d) as soon as possible. The company has been working successfully for decades in the development and production of packaging solutions made from cardboard and corrugated board and focuses on quality, innovation and sustainability.

• Attractive remuneration between 19 € and 22 € per hour.
• Full-time job with 40 hours per week in a dynamic environment.

Your daily tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of modern production plants
• Installation, conversion and maintenance of machines
• Ensure efficient production processes
• Implementation of quality controls
• Documentation of production data

Take this with you:

(m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification

• First experience in the production environment, ideally in the packaging industry
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Reliable, structured operation
• ready for shift work (spring/spring)
