As a Consultant IT Management & Strategy (w/m/d), you take responsibility in projects and continue to develop professionally and methodically. You work with our customers from the energy and supply industry in demanding IT strategy, transformation and digitization projects. In doing so, you analyze organisational, process and IT structures and derive sound and implementable recommendations for action. You support the development of IT roadmaps, digitalization strategies and target architectures and accompany their implementation. In your role, you actively participate in project management, from planning and coordination to controlling and reporting. You prepare workshops, presentations and decision-making bases and moderate appointments with specialist and IT managers. You work closely with interdisciplinary project teams and actively contribute to our open, value-adding and collaborative work. You work flexibly – either with the customer on site (max. 1 -2 days per week), in our office in Hamburg or from home.

A completed study of (economic) informatics, business management, economic engineering or a comparable subject. First professional experience in the IT management, transformation or consulting environment or a comparable professional expertise. Experience with agile or classic methods of project management as well as the corresponding collaboration and project tools. Very good analytical skills and a structured, conceptual approach. Embossed communication and presentation strength as well as joy in cooperation with customers. Team-oriented, reliable and value-estimating operation with high quality and responsibility awareness.
