This is what awaits you in the three and a half years: Your study setup:In the first phase of your studies, you complete a technical training for mechatronics

Theory at HSH: Your theoretical phases are completed at Hanover University.

Practice in our specialist departments: You get to know both sides: the plants on which our batteries are created and the development of the products themselves.

Active cooperation in the daily business: You work in our technical departments from the outset – you support the design of the CAD system in the product engineering, accompany the testing of new components and contribute to the optimization of our manufacturing processes.

Seminars and trainings: In addition to your studies, you will take part in seminars and trainings that will take you professionally and personally.

International experience: A multi-week stay at one of our EMEA sites is possible – so you can get to know the cooperation in a globally established company.

Your degrees: You complete the IHK degree as a mechatronic and the internationally recognized Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.). Acquisition of tuition fees: Clarios bears the costs of your studies at Hanover University.

Remuneration by collective agreement: You will be remunerated according to the IG Metall collective agreement.

Engaged trainer team: Permanent contacts accompany you over the entire three and a half years and support you in training, study and practical phases.

Digital learning offers:We support you in learning – among other things with the learning platform simpleclub and an extensive specialist library.
