Leadership of an experienced and motivated team from technical editors, illustrators and documentation experts Coordination, leadership and further development, as well as capacity planning and quality assurance of the entire documentation process Adaptation and development of automation processes using AI-based applications Updating existing documentation structures and ensuring a uniform and high quality execution Development and implementation of forward-looking strategies as well as the further development of existing documentation processes and their interfaces to internal departments and external service providers International cooperation with other technical documentation teams in the GEA Group

Complete study of technical communication/technical documentation, alternatively a technical study (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and management experience in the field of technical documentation Solid knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and laws for technical documentation Good knowledge of modularization and structuring methods and common information models, e.g. iiRDS Safe handling of MS Office365 applications and XML-based editorial systems (TIM, Schema, XR) is desirable; SAP knowledge is advantageous experience in translation management, terminology management and the use of terminology databases; Congree and Quickterm identifiers are advantageous Team skills, communication strength and a friendly appearance combined with high social competence for dealing with different stakeholders German and English skills
