The Department of Management Designs Disposal and Disposal Systems, plans and implements construction measures for their expansion. Networks of a total length of over 20,000 km are to be extended and strengthened. Support our team with the following tasks: You plan our drinking water line systems according to the performance phases 1-5 of HOAI. You also take over the tasks of the project management and work with you in the tendering and awarding You contribute to the design of the local networks across areas and represent the position of the OOWV vis-à-vis third parties (e.g. You carry out the contractual preparation and accompaniment of third-party development and monitor contractual compliance In certain projects, You contribute to the award and implementation of the construction management and construction monitoring

You have completed engineering studies and professional experience in the planning of construction projects in public space according to the performance phases 1-5 HOAI Or you have a training as a state-tested technician (w/m/d) (e.g. construction technician (w/m/d) civil engineering) as well as several years of professional experience in the realization of projects in the management of drinking water and the performance phases 1-5 of the HOAI Optimumly, you know the relevant legal requirements for construction sites (construction, procurement, environmental and planning law as well as occupational safety) and are safe in handling AVA software You are characterized by safe occurrence, enforcement and a systematic-analytical way of thinking You are powerful, conflicting, ready to make decisions and possess the rating of class B Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 Option of a development agency: Do you have a successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering, ideally with the focus on urban water management or civil engineering, or a comparable study? Or are you state-tested technicians (w/m/d) or masters (w/m/d) in civil engineering, each with first professional experience in implementing projects in the management drinking water and the performance phases 1-5 of HOAI? Then we also offer this position as a development agency, which is grouped up to the presence of relevant knowledge and competencies in the 10 TV-V pay group.
