Technical Project Manager Modernization and Maintenance (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the technical planning, tendering, awarding, implementation and acceptance of complex modernisation and maintenance measures according to HOAI, including external service providers and contractors, and the responsibility for the construction management Detailed project planning combined with a review of the planning scenarios related to an energetic and economically optimised modernization and maintenance of residential buildings Successful implementation of agreed building project targets in compliance with corporate standards (terminals, costs and qualities) Deviation scale in terms of costs, dates and qualities Quality-oriented transfer to real estate management after completion and acceptance of the project Administration of the responsible modernization and maintenance measures in the relevant IT systems and maintenance of the project documentation Coordination of external planning personnel (building contract, support in building law procurement, ensuring technically professional planning, clarification of technical and construction issues)

Complete study of the field of architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering, as an alternative training in the construction or construction industry with corresponding training (e.g. as a state-tested technician) Multiannual experience in the planning, tendering and implementation of modernisation and maintenance measures and in the construction management Very good knowledge of HOAI and VOB Very good MS Office knowledge and desirable knowledge in SAP ERP 6.0 and AVA (iTOW) Entrepreneurial thinking, team skills and an independent and targeted way of working complete your profile
