The REWE Region Südwest is an important local provider in Baden-Württemberg, Saarland and parts of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse and Bavaria. For the Southwest region we are looking for a qualified and strong personality at the next possible time!

What you are moving with us: You are responsible for a sales area consisting of about 50 markets. You are responsible for the organisational and professional management of a sales area as well as the personnel management (selection, operational control and development) in the sense of coaching, promotion and encouragement. You ensure the achievement of the objectives in their areas of responsibility and ensure the development and implementation of the regional strategy. You are responsible for a smooth business process in your sales area. You take over the direct care of the markets and our market managers and merchants. You analyze and identify opportunities for long-term development and demarcation from competition. You will ensure customer orientation and implementation of the marketing and sales concept in your area of responsibility. You are responsible for controlling the use of your team, consisting of area manager sales and area manager goods.

What convinces us: You have a completed commercial training / optionally a completed study. You have extensive experience in the field of sales (external and internal services as well as at market level) and in the partnership area. It is an independent, targeted and responsible way of working.
