You support the team of the Practice Exchange in the processing of customer and consultant requests and process them quickly and professionally. You perform registrations, deletions and data changes, supported in the clarification of questions and special cases. You analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and introduce your own ideas to increase efficiency. You are working on a target image to modernise the stock market - from competitive analysis to concept to implementation.

You complete a study with an economic, technical or communicative focus. Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in companies. You are a team player with affinity for digital tools and a safe handling of MS Office. You can quickly work into new topics and have an independent, structured and efficient way of working. Professional appearance, communication strength and service orientation complete your profile.
