Site Manager Civil Engineering and Pipeline Construction (m/f/d)

In your role as a construction manager in deep and piping construction, you carefully prepare the work processes and agree closely with the customers to keep their expectations in mind. You guide the staff and ensure the safety of work at any time. You monitor the quality requirements and control the costs to successfully complete the projects. You’ll set up dimensions with a precise eye to increase the accuracy and efficiency of the construction projects. A detailed project check will be carried out to ensure the timing of the results and estimate the costs. You supervise all work on site and monitor compliance with construction and safety regulations. Check the progress of work every day. Internal and external reports on the status of work are created by you. You plan ahead to avoid and resolve problems if You occur. You get permissions and licenses. You analyze, tax and reduce risks. The building quality standards are safe and use suitable construction techniques.

completed studies in the field of civil engineering, utility technology, civil engineering or a comparable field; or State-tested technicians (e.g. construction, civil engineering, pipeline construction) or Master's degree in construction or pipeline/plant construction As an alternative: completed vocational training in civil engineering, piping construction or sewer construction with several years of relevant professional experience and proven leadership experience You have advanced knowledge of the processes as well as the means and methods in construction management. You have extensive expertise in building products, design details as well as relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. You understand all facets of the construction process. You are familiar with software packages that are used in construction management. You can plan the “big whole” and keep it in mind. You are competent in conflict and crisis management. You bring engagement in the standby service and work structured and independent. You show sense of responsibility, team skills and a high level of performance.
