Analysis of market, technology and customer requirements as well as their transfer to the continuous development of digital spare parts management in the customer portal “MyLiebherr” Take over end-to-end responsibility for digital spare parts and service processes along the entire customer journey Record, prioritize and translate requirements from sales, service, customers and other stakeholders into clear process and system requirements Design and optimize digital processes, user flows and service blueprints - with a focus on user experience, efficiency and scalability Developing integrated digital commerce solutions in the parts environment (e.g. interfaces, EDI and punchout connections) Define, prioritize and manage roadmap in the Parts Digital Commerce field in close coordination with cross-division stakeholders Ensure integration of solutions into the MyLiebherr platform and existing customer and partner ecosystems Analyze usage, process quality and business performance using suitable KPIs and use them for continuous optimization and prioritization Support communication and enablement, for example by coordinating training and marketing materials and formats for stakeholders

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, economic informatics, business management or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in product or project management, ideally in the digital-commerce, after-sales or spare parts environment Funded understanding of end-to-end processes in parts and service business as well as experience in system and process integration Embossed entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking combined with a structured, conceptual way of working Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder structures Knowledge of agile working methods and how to use common tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for occasional missions
