You are responsible for the cost development of the area and analyse the economic indicators, cost and turnover statistics. You lead a team of employees and are responsible for their further development. For the other departments of our branch and the drivers of the transport companies, you are a link and contact person. Operationally monitor and edit the pick-up and delivery disposition of our vehicles in the surrounding area of Munich and Munich city centre, taking into account the legal and contractual requirements and the economic utilisation. You are also responsible for the qualitative handling of our shipments at the entrance.

You have a completed commercial training - ideally a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services and/or relevant professional experience in the truck disposition of a forwarding. You have already collected relevant professional experience in a similar position and can motivate your team. We require good geographical local knowledge as well as the willingness to early service/shift. Your profile is rounded off by good English knowledge in word and writing. Other languages are advantageous. We require computer knowledge in the common office programs. Problem-solving capability, outcome orientation and communication capability are necessary for the successful performance of the activity and are rounded off by enforcement capability, resilience and rapid decision-making capability.
