The customer operations take place regionally in Potsdam and West Berlin.

You carry out the electrical check with our customers on site, thus ensuring the electrical safety of local devices You test and detect electrical hazards or defects digitally and paperlessly using diagnostic software and diagnostic smartphones (e.g. insulation values, protective conductor resistances, external damage, etc.) You extract measurement logs and error reports directly from the diagnostic software that are automatically and digitally provided to the customer You tune the test procedure with the customers on site, share your team and answer questions to perform You agree closely with the project management, which plans and is responsible for customer operations Your qualification as an electric team leader in testing technology

You have a successfully completed electrotechnical training

You work conscientiously and carefully

You are friendly and willing to contact customers on site

You want to coordinate a team of 2 - 5 testers on site

You speak German and ideally also English to lead international team members
