In the heart of the change management at Mercedes-Benz, we play a key role by responsible for product documentation and operational control. Product documentation is the basis for a complete vehicle to be created from the complex assembly of individual parts at the end and the individual wishes of our customers are put into reality. It is a prerequisite for parts procurement, production and after sales. With the use control, we ensure that changes are introduced into the final product in a timely and reliable manner. As part of our team at the Bremen plant, you will support us in the interface between product development and production. Your challenges: Dive into change management and become part of a team that will help shape the future of the automotive industry

Guide and log work and project meetings

Communicate and tax operations with internal partners

Support us in the documentation and updating of project and vehicle data

Get creative when converting complex data into vivid graphics

Create and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve our process efficiency

play an active role in the introduction and improvement of work and information processes

Type and duration of activity: After examination of the conditions (please upload your CV and letter), a voluntary, obligatory or also a combination/mixing practice (combination of compulsory and voluntary internship) can be completed with us. The duration of the internship is six months in full time (35h/week). The activity can begin from November 2026.

You study economic engineering, business management or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on logistics

You bring safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Your MS Office skills are excellent (especially Excel)

You show full commitment and enjoy working in the team

Analytical thinking and a strategic way of working out

You are ready to learn new things
