Business Operations Assistant (m/f/d)

As a Business Operations Assistant, you support operational and system-related tasks in the daily business. You will work on new topics, tools and processes, and you will also think that topics are properly documented, comprehensible and practical. Your goal is to make processes more transparent and to advance operational topics in a structured manner. Your field of activity includes the following tasks: Management support through structured data analysis, reporting, system maintenance and optimization of existing processes Structured preparation and presentation of information and content support for events and research activities Support in the development and documentation of internal processes (e.g. in the context of ISO 9001, TISAX) and the structured preparation of voting documents Structured development of existing tools and systems as well as implementation of small automations

Complete studies or training in the field of business informatics, business management, information management or comparable – or a strong interest in digital systems and processes High affinity for software, tools and structured working methods Interest in AI-based working methods and digital efficiency tools Safe handling of MS Office First experiences with CRM systems, reporting or automation of advantage Very good German and good English skills You stand at the beginning of your career or have already gained first practical experience and want to develop in a versatile environment. You work independently and reliably, you think structured and enjoy improving processes and preparing topics clearly.
