Team Leader (m/w/d) for our calibration laboratory in the field of mechanics

After an extensive introduction phase, you take over the disciplinary leadership for our team of about 13 employees. You are the first contact person:in the case of staff support, support in professional development and support a positive team spirit You plan and coordinate the tasks of the laboratory taking into account the resources You develop the laboratory and are in close coordination with internal departments to always respond to market requirements With your structured and open way, you make sure that customer orders are processed timely and according to the requirements You are responsible for the implementation of agreed team goals and contribute to budgeting and cost monitoring You are responsible for the operational execution of calibrations in the wide range of mechanical measurement variables
