What you will support us You are co-responsible for maximizing hotel revenues by optimising the utilisation in our conference area You always work on the active sale of our Conference & Event offer You support us in answering and processing requests You help us take care of our guests during the events and ensure a smooth course of events You check the guest satisfaction after the events You're going around with guest feedback and solve minor challenges professionally and independently You work with the team to create new WOW moments for our customers You have the pleasure of supporting young talents (e.g. our great trainees) in their learning process and ensuring that You always feel comfortable

How to convince us You could already gain experience in the field of event sales You have a completed training in the hotel industry or a university degree in a hotel specialist school You have commercial and analytical skills You are an organizational institution You are a team player You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are routined in dealing with Outlook, Excel and Word
