You play a key role in implementing one of the key requirements of DORA You ensure the smooth, risk-oriented control of external ICT service providers and develop future-oriented exit strategies as well as exit plans You actively shape the bank-wide ICT third-party risk management from the perspective of the 2nd LoD and continuously develop this You are responsible for the management and maintenance of the information register according to DORA, check contracts for regulatory compliance and work with the contract design You ensure effective monitoring of all ICT third parties and monitor the agreed performance, quality and safety standards You analyze and document concentration risks in the ICT supply chain, evaluate dependencies on critical third-party service providers and derive sound recommendations for action You accompany internal and external audits and audits and act as a competent respondent for regulatory issues

Completed studies of business management, law or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the banking environment Experiences in outsourcing management, compliance or third party management are advantageous Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking environment, in particular DORA and MaRisk High IT affinity as well as a structured, analytical and quality-oriented operation Ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner Safe occurrence, pronounced communication strength and enforcement ability in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
