The vocational school is located in Hamburg. The training workshops are located in Hamburg and Zinnowitz. This is what you expect in your training:

You work with your team outside on the construction sites on our tracks Together, you shift new rails and switches, control everything for damage and exchanges broken parts With the help of modern machines you renew the gravel under the tracks You pay attention to the fact that all measurements are correct – so that the trains will drive quietly and safely later During your training as a track builder:in / civil engineering specialist:you are already an important part of the team and every day make sure that our trains are reliably on the move

Your profile:

You have successfully finished school (almost) and your school degree is recognized in Germany Your German knowledge corresponds to at least the B2 language level Sitting at the desk is nothing for you – you prefer to work outside Motivation and reliability You are ready to complete your training both in Hamburg and Zinnowitz (After training, your place of work is Zinnowitz) Different work places and working hours as well as night shifts are a welcome change for you
