In this function, within the HR team, you are responsible for ensuring and developing the personnel resources of the branch in all areas. You can independently organize the system-assisted applicant management. You take over the holistic support of employees from recruiting, onboarding to the creation and organization of training and workshops taking into account our value management. The management of employee talks is one of your tasks as well as the HR-competent advice of the executives on the basis of labour law foundations or statutory and collective agreements as well as the operating arrangements. You participate in managing marketing activities and are open to presentations at trade fairs and exhibitions. The active and creative collaboration on internal and external HR projects will give you a varied and challenging working day. Furthermore, you take over the monitoring on various topics and create reports based on SAP and other evaluations.

The basis of your activity is an economic study with a focus on personnel or a commercial training with specialist training. You have well-founded experience in personal care and in cooperation with specialists and managers on all personal and labour law topics. We require good knowledge of working law, MS Office and English. Their mode of operation is characterized by own initiative, communication and negotiation skills and enforcement capacity. Enthusiasm for your daily task and cooperation in the HR team as well as loyalty are a matter of course and your daily claim. A self-confident appearance completes your profile.
