Team Leader Production (m/f/d)

As a team leader (m/w/d), you play a central role in the stable, efficient and innovative orientation of our production. With flat hierarchies you actively participate in our further development and make a significant contribution to the stability and sustainability of our production.

Leading a production team with textile machines for the production of orthopaedic aids (bandages and orthosis) Planning and further development of employees Ensuring high machine availability in close cooperation with maintenance and quality assurance Control of daily production in terms of productivity, quality and schedule Analysis of deviations and initiation and follow-up of appropriate measures Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes, processes and jobs Accompanying technical and organizational changes (e.g. new machines, process adaptations, team structures)

Successfully completed technical or craft training, ideally with master or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the production environment, preferably in work with textile machines First or already deepened leadership experience on team or layer ladder level Embossed organizational skills and a good understanding of production characteristics, prioritization and flow control Clear, appraisal communication and sovereign appearance towards employees and interfaces High level of responsibility, self-initiative and solution orientation Good knowledge of German in word and writing
