Your tasks Central enabler role in the most exciting transformation in the e-recruiting market of the last 10 years Development of data-based decision bases and business cases for new products, processes or go-to-market models Translation of corporate strategy into concrete implementation programs (People, Processes, Product, Tech) Structures that enable scaling: operating models, KPIs, governance, roll-out mechanisms Cross-functional project management with Tech, Data, Product, Sales and People stakeholders Direct savings ring with decision-making level on growth, organization and digital topics

Above-average academic background (e.g. BWL, Informatics, Psychology, VWL, Engineering, etc.) Experience in top management consulting, strategy, M&A, venture building or scale-up environment Deep understanding of organization, processes and the role of technology (in particular AI, automation, data, sales, customer success) Ability to abstract complexity, identify relationships and set priorities Entrepreneurial energy, excellent communication and analysis skills Passion for Future of Work and the Transformation of HR by Technology Why this role?
