Medical Controller (m/f/d)

You check and ensure the completeness and conformity of main and secondary diagnostics, procedures as well as deepening features according to the DKR (German Code Directives) You independently check health insurance and MD requests and conduct opposition and discussion procedures You advise the coding specialists on documentation and coding issues You analyze the results of the MD exams and communicate them with the clinics

You have completed your studies in medicine or training in the relevant field Ideally, you have a qualified further education on the Klinische Kodierfachkraft You have several years of professional experience in an acute hospital in the DRG encoding and MD management You are codier-proof in the DRG system and are well known in the MD test system (MBEG, opposition procedure, discussion procedure, etc.) Ideally, you have knowledge in the ORBIS KIS system (NICE) and know the relevant TIPHcE modules Knowledge of the application of the current MS Office products is provided Teamability, creativity, communication skills and high load capacity You are ready to continue training through participation in training programmes
