Head of Human Resources Policy and Co-Determination (m/f/d)

Employment counselling of management and HR departments on all individual and collective issues, including compliance with data protection law Conception, negotiation and accompaniment of co-determination-related activities (e.g. total operating arrangements, balances of interests, social plans, guidelines and standard processes) Establishment and maintenance of a constructive, professional relationship with the co-determination bodies (local works councils, general/concern works councils) Further development of the basic HR topics in the field of business objectives, working conditions and participation Monitoring of reorganizations, restructurings and M&A processes and monitoring of labour court proceedings Analysis of legal, political and social developments in labour law and co-determination and derivation of strategic HR initiatives and development and implementation of corresponding training Planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of labour law and in the context of co-determination issues

Completed study of the field of law, economic law, business management with a focus on staff or comparable quality Multiannual professional experience in a leading HR function with a focus on collective law – ideally in a co-determined company or group Practical experience in human resources, collective labour law and cooperation with co-decision bodies Excellent knowledge of collective and individual labour law (BetrVG, TzBfG, ArbZG, etc.) Impressed negotiating skills and sovereign appearance towards internal and external stakeholders Ability to strategically classify and manage complex legal and organizational matters
