The construction manager in accordance with the national construction regulations ensures that all assembly-related activities are carried out in accordance with contract, project execution plan and publicly legally applicable regulations. The project is a new construction project according to the construction order Rheinland Pfalz. Discover more about your new tasks organisation of the construction site, execution and safeguarding the acceptance according to the requirements for safety, health and the environment, in the focus of the acceptance according to the respective national building law Accompanying and co-operation to carry out expert consultations to obtain the overall documentation of the contract Performance according to §56 as a construction manager according to Landesbauordnung Coordination of the registered specialist building lines according to Landesbauordnung Monitoring the construction site activities with respect to compliance with EHS rules Testing of dimensions and invoices Risk assessment and prevention of risks in cooperation with Construction Management and SiGeKo Conducting regular meetings with the builders and their logging

Complete studies in architecture or civil engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the independent monitoring of major projects according to LBO, as well as experience in the management of project teams and subcontractors Experience in industrial/plant engineering, especially in the pharmaceutical field Knowledge of GMP Detection of very good oral and written communication skills in German and English Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH space as well as for a 5-day stay at the project location
