You plan audits risk-oriented and continuously develop revision processes – taking into account legal, supervisory and internal requirements. You conduct independent process-independent examinations in different disciplines and evaluate risks objectively and comprehensible. You analyze business processes and assess whether internal control and control systems are appropriate and effective. You check IT-supported processes, applications, access permissions, data flows and information security requirements in the respective scope of examination. You prepare audits and data analyses structuredly, document your results carefully and make them understandable for third parties. You create meaningful test reports, communicate results address-oriented and advise specialist areas in revision-relevant questions. You accompany cross-departmental projects with revision or control reference and bring the perspective of the internal audit early on. You follow the implementation of agreed measures, monitor the elimination of defects and carry out structured follow-up checks. You contribute to the further development of revision methods, quality standards and digital audit approaches.

A successfully completed degree at master level in business administration, economics, business informatics, health management or a comparable discipline. Multiannual professional experience in internal auditing, controlling, risk management, IT testing or in the analysis and optimization of business processes. Analytical thinking and a structured, independent and careful way of working. Responsibility and integrity – You judge facts independently, objectively and comprehensible. Embossed communication capability and a safe occurrence: You formulate clearly, listen actively and find constructive ways in critical discussions. readiness to continuously incorporate into current audit standards, IT topics and legal and supervisory requirements. Safe handling of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, as well as openness to digital testing and data analysis tools.
