Responsible management of a day group Coordination, organisation and control of the use of employees as part of the service and supervision Preparation and management of team meetings and educational meetings Instruction of employees, trainees and trainees Creation of the weekly schedule and design of the daily routine Creation of a child-friendly atmosphere in the substationary area Ensuring appropriate care and care for children and young people Organisation of leisure, day care and special events Participation in help schedule talks and crisis talks Participation in the recording process of new children and young people Creation of educational plans and development reports Coordination in child affairs with teachers, therapists and parents Cooperation with youth offices, doctors, clinics, counselling centres Performance of resource-oriented parent work
