Clerk for company catering (m/f/d)

The body comprises a variety of administrative, organisational and coordinating tasks in the business economy at the locations Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. This includes: You check the daily cash bills, create sales reports and work on the monthly accounts, the economic plan and the balance sheet of the business economy. You create and check invoices, process order requirements and billing-relevant transactions, e.g. food money claims. You are a contact person for employees and guests in billing and organization-related questions and deal with complaints and feedback in close consultation with the Gastronomy Board. You represent the gastronomy management deputy. You plan and organize special events and events of the business economy and support them in special cases and after instructions. You manage the gastronomic cash systems (MinTec, MinPos) as well as the digital documentation systems. You support quality and hygiene management according to HACCP, including the testing of cleaning and hygiene reports and the preparation of hygiene treatments. You serve the laundry and service clothing management for employees of the area.

You are Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Public Management, Bachelor in Gastronomy or Hotel Management, have a completed BWL degree with a focus on Gastronomy or are a certified restaurant master (m/w/d) (IHK) or have a comparable qualification in the DQR/EQR level 6. You have knowledge of household and accounting as well as knowledge of how to deal with gastronomic cash systems (MinTec, MinPos) or are willing to work quickly. You have well-founded IT skills (Microsoft applications). Basic knowledge of hygiene management, in particular HACCP, are desirable. A strong sense of quality and responsibility, independent, structured and reliable functioning, team and communication skills, customer and service-oriented thinking as well as resilience, flexibility and readiness to use complete your profile. The willingness to carry out – even multi-day – missions and, if necessary, to service outside the usual service hours is assumed.
