SAP SD & Service Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)

You work in the project team to introduce and further develop SAP Service and SAP Field Service Management (FSM) across all phases of the project and in close cooperation with departments, IT and external partners You bear the technical responsibility for defined processes and work packages (no disciplinary personnel responsibility) Depending on the pre-experience, you take over the role as a subproject management for clearly defined topics The analysis, design and optimization of service and commercial processes in the environment of SAP SD as well as adjacent master data processes are also part of your task You create specialist concepts, process representations, user stories as well as documentation and training documents for the responsible processes In addition, perform functional tests and quality assurance measures and ensure continuous further development You take over the application operation (2nd level support) for the responsible SAP‐SD/Service processes Last but not least, you will take care of the analysis and elimination of incidents and support professionally in operation

Business, IT or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the SAP environment, ideally focusing on SD, service, FSM and commercial processes Experience in working in complex IT‐/ERP projects, ideally introductory or rollout projects Basic knowledge of project or subproject management Embossed analytical and conceptual thinking capacity as well as a structured and independent way of working High communication skills, joy in cooperation with different disciplines and high team orientation Routinized handling of MS Office, ideally experience with Jira and Confluence Very good German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage
