Independent implementation of debitor and creditor accounting Recording, testing and approval of input invoices with the Candis software Conting and booking of all business incidents in DATEV based on the SKR 51 industry accounts framework Monitoring of open positions and voting of debitor, creditor and property accounts Implementation of the audit and clarification of differences with internal and external contact persons Processing of dunning including cooperation with credit reform Correspondence with insurance for clearing open receivables and invoice lines from the workshop area Supporting the controlling by preparing and providing relevant evaluations and key figures Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Care and administration of accounting master data Close cooperation with service, sales and management Support in the continuous optimization of digital accounting and management processes

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in financial and accounting Professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in the automotive or commercial environment Knowledge of debitor and creditor accounting Safe handling of DATEV and experience with digital billing workflows, ideally Candis Good knowledge of the SKR 51 account frame is advantageous Experience in dunning and receivable management Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Teamability, reliability and discretion in handling confidential data
