Responsibility for operation, stability and further development of IT, meeting and media technology at Berlin locations

Advice and support of corporate business on site

Planning, operation and support of meetings, events and workshops within the defined technical setup

Recording, clarification and implementation of technical requirements in close coordination with stakeholders

Skill transfer and documentation of setups and maintenance of technical inventory

Analysis of special requirements and coordination of suppliers and service providers as required

Experience in technical support or comparable roles, ideally in the environment of media and event technology

Multiannual cooperation with business stakeholders as well as controlling technical requirements in the Group or Professional Services environment

Analytical and solution-oriented skills to translate technical requirements into sustainable technical solutions

Consultative mindset combined with structured thinking, high customer orientation and strong organizational skills

Self-employed, structured working with an overview of parallel topics and changing priorities

Rest, focus and productivity even under time pressure and in challenging situations

Solid technical background, including knowledge in cloud services, service management processes and agile methods
