As a competent contact person, you will serve our service partners. You are in close cooperation with overarching specialist departments such as disposition, handling and loading. You create freight papers based on the delivered customer delivery certificates or forwarding tickets. You will check incoming documents for differentiated and timely delivery as well as digital archiving. You work in master data management and in optimizing data quality. You take over the review and management of customer-related data.

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a completed commercial training. Professional experience, preferably in remote traffic, is advantageous. You have good English skills in word and writing. Other foreign languages are advantageous. Their work is characterized by service orientation, quality awareness and self-employment. You convince with your communication skills, organizational skills and team skills.
