Contact person (w/m/d) Ensuring contractual services in technical facility management Monitoring of maintenance, inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting on technical installations (HKLS, electrical, building technology, elevators, etc.) Coordination of external service providers and specialist companies (e.g. maintenance contracts, audits) Ensure compliance with statutory audit obligations (e.g. DGUV, fire protection, operator obligations) Budget responsibility for the location (planning, monitoring of costs) Checking invoices and tracking of orders Support for calculations and offers for additional services Reporting to the field management and to customers (metrics, disturbances, energy, quality)

A successful conclusion in (economic)ingenieurwesen | Master | state-tested technicians in the fields of electrical engineering, sanitary heating climate, supply technology, refrigeration technology | a further education to the specialist facility management or a comparable conclusion A high customer orientation as well as a targeted and solution-oriented operation Business thinking and acting Multiannual experience in technical building management Experience in employee management Secure handling of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint,...) Class B driving licence
