Billing Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibility for precise and timely accounting, taking into account individual mandate and contract agreements Ensuring compliance with relevant requirements (e.g. data protection, professional requirements) and internal processes in the billing context Analysis, optimization and further development of billing processes with focus on efficiency, digitization and automation Active design and improvement of systems, tools and workflows in the area of Billing Operations Creation and preparation of client-specific reports and evaluations to support operational and strategic decisions Contact person for internal and external questions concerning billing, contracts and billing-relevant processes In addition, you will have a look at the external stands and will be responsible for preparing and implementing a structured dunning system.

Successfully completed commercial training, study or comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in the field of billing, billing or operational finance processes Very good German and good English skills Safe handling of Office 365 and DMS/KMS systems A professional, detailed way of working AI affinity: Experience with prompting and AI tools Ability to professional communication across all hierarchical levels and across clients You are reliable, discreet, responsible and a team player
