Head of HomeCare (m/f/d)

You take over the strategic and operational management of our HomeCare business unit and ensure the continuity of our services and stable stakeholder relationships.

You ensure high-quality, economical and customer-oriented care.

You develop the HomeCare strategy – incl. Market positioning, product and service portfolio as well as digitization.

The HomeCare range currently includes the product portfolio of stoma care, nutrition management, decubitus and incontinence care and care aids.

You guide the product management team, answer budget, KPIs and investment planning.

You opt for processes, quality management and reporting. You’re practising internal and external stakeholder relationships and accompanying change management processes.

You have a degree in health care, nursing science, business or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year leadership experience in healthcare, ideally in the area of HomeCare, outpatient care or integrated care models. You have well-founded knowledge of health law, remuneration structures and quality management. You have a strong sense of business, work on budget- and KPI-oriented and can demonstrate demonstrable success in revenue and earnings growth. You have strong communication, negotiation and stakeholders skills. You perform empathic, service-oriented and are a real team player. You have a class B licence and are happy to travel for location and customer visits.
