You're a data scout, organizational talent and want to see how big changes in a company are going to fly? Welcome to the TMO! We are looking for a smart head that wants strategy, structure and real impact. You analyze, compare and interpret data, make benchmarks and derive smart hypotheses. You support project teams, build reports and take over smaller project modules – of course independent and with self-responsibility. You keep an overview of our project documents – including version control (Chaos was yesterday!). You become a Go-to-Person for the Falcon PMO tool – from maintenance of master data to user assistance. You make sure that our processes and policies are always up to date and comply with corporate standards.

Completed studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma – you already know) in the field of BWL, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, etc. First experience in project management or consulting – whether an internship or a first permanent job Good feeling for numbers, structure and smart solutions – and always proactive and hands-on Fit in Power BI? Great! Falcon knowledge? Nice to have – but we also like to teach you. You speak German and English fluently? Perfect! Other languages? Nice bonus! And yes, you are flexible and willing to travel once too – variety is part of it.
