While the automotive sector continues to be a focus, the customer portfolio has been increasingly diversified in recent years – so today, the company is supplying further industries with tailor-made solutions.

In order to permanently meet the high quality requirements of its customers and to ensure the continuous development of the organization, the company is looking for a Quality Manager (m/w/d). In this key role, you take over the leadership of a team, ensure compliance with relevant standards and certifications (including IATF 16949) and consistently promote improvement projects and the optimization of processes.

We look forward to your application! As Quality Manager (m/w/d), you take over the management of your team in the quality department and ensure a smooth running of all quality processes. You control the processing of customer quality problems, analyze causes and implement effective corrective measures. You ensure the stability of quality processes and ensure that customer expectations are consistently met. Through continuous improvement measures, you optimize processes, reduce costs and increase the overall quality of the work. You promote cross-departmental communication via the Quality Alert System and monitor the implementation of corrective measures in terms of completeness, timeliness and effectiveness. You maintain the quality management system and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards. With the help of statistical evaluations, you recognize quality defects early, initiate corrections and document results transparently. You ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures and represent the company during customer visits to promote open communication and a deep understanding of requirements. You regularly report on quality indicators and relevant topics directly and thus actively contribute to the strategic development.

You have a successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification and bring well-founded experience in quality management, ideally in the automotive supplier industry. You have already taken responsibility in a comparable position and have the necessary technical understanding and organizational skills to effectively control quality processes. You lead a team and develop employees in a targeted manner. You think analytically and solution-oriented, implement measures consistently and communicate clearly and structuredly. You ensure the design, implementation and compliance of demanding standards in everyday production. Very good knowledge of German and English can be used in everyday professional life.
