Construction monitoring/construction line on building site for industrial construction Coordination and quality control of the executive building, electrical and TGA plants Monitoring of execution planning and compliance with all permits Participation in ensuring security of construction sites Preparation and monitoring of acceptances Detection and documentation of deficiencies and support in defect management Date monitoring and creation of project-related reports and documentation

Complete study in civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in building monitoring (high, low or engineering) as a construction manager, project controller, project manager (m/w/d) etc. knowledge of VOB/B and C; ideally experience in public construction Safe handling of common MS‐Office programs Structured, responsible and communication-strong work
