Since its founding in 1993, the non-profit youth and disabled assistance in Gladbeck has been active as a self-help initiative for people with disabilities, development delays or imminent disability. With around 40 employees, she offers specialized services in integration assistance and child and youth assistance. A special focus is on the intensively outpatiently assisted living (IAW) in Gladbeck. The area currently offers 12 seats and is extended by 2027 by another house with 9 seats with the focus on Prader-Willi syndrome in conjunction with obesity. Conceptual and structural further development – you design the strategic orientation of the department and accompany the expansion of the housing offer. Personnel management – You are responsible for the deployment planning, personnel production and development of the employees. Process control – You ensure the organizational, technical and administrative processes and monitor compliance with legal and operational requirements. Communication and networking – They serve as an interface to legal supervisors, relatives, cooperation partners and cost-beneficiaries. Participation in the overall strategy – they are actively involved in cross-departmental projects and the further development of the overall organisation. With a completed study or training in the social field, you have a well-founded professional qualification. Experience in coordination or management within the integration aid is desirable, additional experience in youth assistance is advantageous. Their expertise includes knowledge of SGB regulations, performance structures and social organisational forms. Communication strength, safe occurrence and a pronounced conceptual competence complete your profile.
